Conditions of Sale

 

DELIVERY POLICY:For those materials listed in our Material Drop-down menu, Rapid Gasket's delivery goal is to ship the next day.  For other materials, or large orders, Rapid Gasket will work with the customer to develop a schedule to meet their needs.

REFUND POLICY:
Rapid Gasket will replace gasket orders at no cost to the customer, if the gaskets are returned within two weeks of shipment.  If the customer is dissatisfied for any other reason, Rapid Gasket will give 'store credit' for the amount of purchase.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Rapid Gasket does not receive, transfer or store any credit card information.  We contract with ConvergePay, a very respected firm, to handle all the credit and payment transactions.

Rapid Gasket will store order information, includes customer shipping information and gasket fabrication information, for a period of 45 days.  This is to aid in retrieving order information should the need arise.  Rapid Gasket does not share order information with any other company or agency.
